AFCP Conference & Trade Show
Each year, AFCP coordinates the largest conference and trade show in the free paper industry. Always held in the best hotels in the hottest locations, the conference is no vacation. Days are filled with extensive training at all levels and on topics of interest to the industry and evenings leave time for extensive networking.
More than 500 people regularly attend the AFCP Conference & Trade Show each year. The Trade Show is the largest in the industry, showcasing the newest products and services available to build a stronger free paper industry.
At an AFCP conference, you can expect:
- The best training through The Leadership Institute and tracks for publishers, sales, editorial and graphics. Industry speakers from across the country and throughout the world, graphics experts and award-winning editorial professionals all have spoken at AFCP events.

Recent conferences have been held at the Doral Golf Resort in Miami, the Marriott French Quarter in New Orleans and the Westin Mission Hills in Palm Springs, California. Upcoming conferences will be held at the Sheraton Hotel and Myrtle Beach Convention Center in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina and the Westin La Paloma Resort in Tucson, Arizona.
- Great entertainment, from blues rock bands to the Daytona Speedway to World War II aircraft carriers, and plenty of opportunities to network with the industry's brightest stars.
- A fun and relaxing time. All sessions are business casual allowing attendees to concentrate on learning and networking. The annual golf outing and team building exercises are great ways to meet new friends.
